Course Refund and Affordability Policy

Refund eligibility

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course begins.
• Cancellations or withdrawals within 6 days before or after the course starts are not eligible for refunds.
• No fee proration for joining after the course begins.

Discounts, Subsidies & Service Coupons

• 10% payment discount for volunteers in LWCC.
• Fee subsidies for participants facing affordability issues, conditions apply.
• Multiple valid service coupons can be used.

Course cancellation by Living Water Counselling Centre

If the center cancels a course (due to instructor unavailability or insufficient enrollment), you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be processed.

Important details

• Refunds, subsidies, and service coupon usage are subject to verification and approval.
• The original payment method will be used for refunds.
• Living Water Counselling Centre reserves the right to modify this policy.
